A founding member of the Sound Partners family, Wade graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and spent a year in Charlotte, NC learning the fixed life, disability, and long-term care brokerage before embarking on his next venture. The following year, Wade went abroad where he learned The Gold Standard of customer service as an Adventure Coordinator with The Ritz Carlton, Grand Cayman and then returned to his roots to join his father at what was then the Scales Agency.
Wade uses his age as an advantage as he strives to expand the Sound Partners product offerings with his registrations and interest in securities and his alliance with Equitable Advisors. By implementing the type of customer service he became accustomed to with the Ritz, Wade hopes to build on his father’s work and grandfather’s legacy through hard work, honesty, client education, engagement and service to Greenville.
Wade loves spending time watching his young children, Wade V and Fleming, and watching them grow and react to the world. He enjoys this the most at Elm Street Park in Greenville with dear friends, and any time the family can be on the water together. He also enjoy date nights with his wife, Bonnie, the love of his life since 15 years old!
