Lauren believes that providing good customer service helps clients place their trust in the team and makes them feel comfortable. This leads to client retention and has the potential to generate new clients. Going above and beyond and providing good customer service plays a key role in growing a business successfully.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, taking their camper out and being outdoors, hiking exploring, and fishing.
