After graduating from NC State University, Hal started with his current broker-dealer, now Equitable Advisors, in 1989. He has been a part of the Sound Partners family for 4 years now. Focusing his business on retirement planning, he is the recipient of multiple Equitable Advisor awards including the Hall of Fame Award, the Hallmark One, Two, and Three and Awards, and has received the Centurion Award for 28 consecutive years. He enjoys interacting with his clients and seeing a plan come to fruition.
Hal resides in Henderson, North Carolina with his wife Denise. He greatly enjoys spending time with his family and when he is not assisting his clients you can catch Hal on the golf course or working out.
