Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Chelsey brings a diverse background of client relationship management to the Sound Partners family. She also holds a North Carolina Insurance Producer license (Life and Accident & Health or Sickness).
Chelsey is passionate about the role of client concierge and their ability to deliver clients consistent, accessible, and empathetic human resources which address their current needs. By building rapport, trust, and loyalty with clients, Chelsey serves as a critical differentiator when compared with technology-centric competitors that lack the human touch and personalization. She believes that the core of the financial services industry are the clients; the business wouldn’t exist without them. Good service to clients means they continue to utilize Sound Partners, and hopefully even share with a friend, family member, etc. Good customer service cultivates a symbiotic relationship between Sound Partners and its clients – help each other so that so each can succeed in the end.
Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys going to the gym, particularly weight lighting, playing on a co-ed recreational softball team, attending the occasional local wine tasting, and traveling whenever wherever possible.
